It's completely foreseeable that this "deal," which lets thousands of designated terrorists out of prison (where they were consigned supposedly for life) would not produce kisses for the Jews. Another generation of terrorists were born from the rubble in Gaza. As long as there's memory, and a religion that actually mandates killing Jews, there's no peace. The question for us is how can and should we respond? Hating back in kind is not a useful option. It seems nobody knows how to end this war. One side alone can't do it.

I’m familiar with the way you are thinking. I also agree that too many are taken prisoners when the situation could have been brought to a closure on site. The worlds indifference to the release of the murderers is understandable. The victims were Jews.
However, in my humble opinion, we need to look at ourselves first and foremost! How could this happen??? We have to understand that they will attack. The question is only when and from where. We can’t trust the intelligence community. They are very, very good, but analysis of any situation is subjective. Therefore, there must be an immediate action plan 24/7 for whatever happens. There must be a lethal co-ordinated reaction within 15 minutes from any surprise.
The army must be reorganized ASAP. The government must resign immediately. They were elected during a different world and, today, the nation must decide who do they want to lead them in this world!
Our security must precede the “what will the world say”. We must “talk” Arabic to our enemies, not English. They don’t understand English. Arabic they do.
