More clear thinking from Phyllis Chesler.

So sad to learn of more Rabbinical confusion. I think most Conservative and all Reform congregations have lost their way, as have any Jews who would vote for Harris/Waltz.

I am Canadian and here is something from our Opposition leader who will probably win the next election: “I think the idea of allowing a genocidal, theocratic, unstable (Iranian) dictatorship that is desperate to avoid being overthrown by its own people to develop nuclear weapons is about the most dangerous and irresponsible thing that the world could ever allow,” Poilievre said.

“If Israel were to stop that genocidal, theocratic, unstable government from acquiring nuclear weapons, it would be a gift by the Jewish state to humanity.”

i heard very similar things on Rosh Hashanah and its why I didn't login on Yom Kippur. I think this is simply the reform movement refusing to acknowledge the truth. That those they allied with all want us dead.

Two years ago, at the age of eighty, I finally became so disgusted and disaffected with those kind of rabbis that I turned to Chabad. And there I’ve found the home I’ve been searching for for many years. A rabbi who each Shabbat teaches Torah speaks the truth.

We are all Jews and see as such. I am sad to hear about any rabbi or leader or person that turns their back on Israel and there fellow Jews Zionist , Atheist et al. It is alarming and sickening

I read something similar in the J … the San Francisco publication. I wanted to be one of those cool people who retort with the lovy joke about a Zionist Jew and an anti Zionist Jew walk into a bar and the bartender says “we don’t serve Jews “. But I’m not. This kind of thing makes me furious.

The Reform and Conservative movements have adopted Tikun Olam as a means of filling their empty seats which means full fledged support for the Democratic Party agenda in place of and instead of any identification with traditional Jewish values including support for Israel . Every Orthodox synagogue and especially Chabad arrange for Shabbos and Yom Tov meals and/or hospitality and Shofar blowing for those who cannot make it to shul or are interested in exploring their Jewish identity and traditional Jewish values

There is no middle ground to be found with genocidal maniacs. I shake my head in disbelief at Jewish liberals who never learn. What does it take for them to wake up?
