You'll find that the global warming crowd is rabidly religious about their weather god. If you merely bring up a fact about brush clearing, for example, they will go insane towards you and try to cancel you. Again.. There is so much info. out there about glacial and interglacial stretches .. We are in an interglacial period right now BUT be aware of MOTHER NATURE because the experts believe we eventually will head into another glacial period 50,000 years from now.. So don't throw out those winter coats.. CO2 emissions are a joke in my mind.. It has to do with the constantly changing of the earths TILT which affects the seas and the winds.. I would love to hear the explanation for the previous shifts between hot and cold over the last 5 billion years!!!! NO CARS OR FACTORIES AROUND THEN.... My advice is to live, love, laugh.. It is also a fact that the world has been far warmer and far colder than it is today. There is no fixed temperature. Our current coastlines bear no resemblance to those of the past—or of the future. Rather than pursue a vain attempt to “stabilize" the climate, we should plan for whatever changes may come, hot or cold, wet or dry. That takes civilizational wealth, not enforced poverty. If Miami will be under water in 100 years (or whenever), we should prepare to move it, or learn from the Dutch the perils and pleasures of living below sea level. Oh, and just as CO2 is a greenhouse gas, it is also catnip to vegetation: the earth is “greening”. Gaia doesn’t read the papers, I guess. But she might just read WattsUpWithThat.com, which counsels cooler heads rather than just colder, and darker, homes.
Climate change is a hoax, it's a degrowth movement to destroy our economy. The only beneficiary of destroying our economy will be China. China is the world's worst polluter yet not subjected to that Paris climate agreement. China funds environmental groups and movements. China wants to replace us as the world's preeminent superpower. They can't do that if America is energy dominant. So, the goal is to shut down our production of fossil fuels and force us to exclusively drive EV's and make the world dependent on China which makes the EV batteries and controls the raw materials that go into the batteries using child slave labor in Africa to mine. Follow the money and see how much China gives politicians here and in Europe. This is the root of the "climate change" movement.

It’s also true that carbon dioxide (CO2) levels are rising and that CO2 is a greenhouse gas.
