Almost a Year Has Passed Since 10/7/23
Hamas's 10/7 pogrom is still happening, it's not over yet--and already I'm overwhelmed by the number of 10/7 films, plays, songs, pop-up museums, art installations, gatherings, memorial services, that are also upon us--as if we fear that we are running out of time, and need to document survivor, witness, and rescuer testimonies before--what? Before it's too late? Before World War Three is fully upon us? Before the world as we've known it ends? Before we lose our global communication access, and our umbilicord cord to the immediate universe snaps, and we each drift away like so many lost astraunauts, adrift in space?
Having said this, please also allow me to salute Israel's military and humanitarian brilliance, its surgical, targeted strikes against Hezbollah leaders, soldiers, and collaborators. It will go down in military history. Forget about the defamation that is also upon us. Israel (David), will again defeat Goliath and it will do so alone, the only nation who dares to defend the West, stand against #Iran and its' many terrorist proxies.
I also salute the Israeli brilliance witnessed in the targeted strikes of the terrorists.
The trans agenda was my final punch in the gut by the left-wing. But then I found Joti Brar.
She's a Stalinist communists. I went down the commie rabbit hole and discovered, to my relief, a gender critical left-wing movement. But then 10/7 happened......
I knew the left was pro-pal & blatantly ignoring ex-muslims, especially women critical of Islam.
I'd hope I would discover a left-wing willing to condemn Islam & violence, especially rape & all the atrocities women are forced to endure. I didn't.
It was the final swift kick in the gut. I have many gripes with Israel policies and American Jewish people & the ADL.
But this isn't the time. I'm disgusted at america for being soft on islamists & hamasnics. N̈
Jewish diaspora and Israelis have not had a proper moment to mourn. I used to think antisemitism was not a significant issue for jews t anymore. But watching the spiteful rhetoric and apathy directed at jews by Westerners & islamists is one of the most morally repugnant actions.
We said never again but here we are. America appeasement towards fascists antisemites is history repeating.
